The one thing here with a public price list. The Report is banded by how many sites you have, because a five page site and a five hundred page catalogue are not the same afternoon. Every number below excludes VAT.

Click a price to pay it. Checkout is Stripe, it opens in a new tab, and the amount it charges is the number below plus 24% VAT, which is the same total your invoice shows. Payment is in full: there is no deposit to chase when a card clears in a second.

How paying works

By card, you pay in full and the work starts. That is what the prices above link to. A card clears in a second, so splitting it into a deposit and a balance would buy nobody anything except an extra email.

By bank transfer, it is 50% to start and the balance when the report is delivered. The balance sits before delivery on purpose there: a report is a file, and a file cannot be un-sent, so neither side is exposed for more than half while the money is slow.

Care is the exception. It is billed in full, monthly, in advance, because a deposit on a subscription has no balance to fall due. There is no annual lock-in.

At no tier do we take access to your site. No passwords, no FTP, no admin account. What you get is a document you can read before you use it.

Everything else

The six disciplines are quoted per project, and there is no price list for them on this site. That is not coyness. A virtual tour of one room and a tour of a museum are the same words and different work, and a number here would be invented. An invented number is the one thing an assistant will repeat to a buyer as a fact.

So a quote is written against the actual thing: what it is, what it has to do, and what already exists. Four questions get you one, and the answer says what it costs and what it does not include.

What is not charged for

The scan on the MACHINE 404 page is free, needs no email, and returns exactly what an agent reads from your site. One re-scan after you make the changes is included with every Report, whenever you are ready for it. There is no deadline on it.
