MACHINE 404 / Upkeep
UpkeepStructured data breaks silently. That is the whole problem.
When your machine-readable data disappears, your site looks exactly the same. No error, no broken image, no message. The first sign is an assistant that used to name you and stops, and by then it has been months.
What actually removes it
A plugin update that rewrites the head of every page. A theme change that drops the block carrying your prices. A stock sync that empties availability. A migration that leaves Disallow: / behind in a named group. A CDN that starts serving a cached robots.txt from before the fix. Every one of these is a normal Tuesday for a website, and not one of them shows up on the screen.
This is not a hypothetical list. It is the list of things we have already had to fix, on our own sites and on other people's, and the reason the tier exists at all.
What is measured, and what counts as an alert
The same eighteen checks your report was built from, re-run on a schedule, plus the readers at your door: whether GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and the rest still get a page rather than a refusal. Your number is compared with your own last known good number, never with somebody else's.
A change has to happen twice before we call it. A check that fails once and passes on the next run is not reported, because a server having a bad minute is not a regression, and an alert that turns out to be nothing is worse than no alert at all. A site that does not answer at all is recorded as not answered, never as a failure.
What a quiet month looks like, because most months are quiet
You receive a report that says nothing broke, and then shows you the work: every date we measured, the eighteen checks as they stand, which readers reached your door, and your number beside its own history. Evidence that nothing moved is not the same as an empty page, and we will not send you an empty page and call it a service.
When something does move, you get it the same day it is confirmed, named: which check, which direction, which date. Not a score, a changelog.
What it costs, and what it does not promise
β¬290 a month, billed monthly in advance, no annual lock-in, cancel whenever it stops being worth it. That is the price of noticing, not of preventing: we do not stop your plugin from updating and we do not control what any assistant says about you. What we can do is make sure that when it breaks you hear it from us, with a date, rather than from a customer who went somewhere else.
Who should not buy this
If your site is a handful of pages that nobody has edited in two years, there is nothing to drift and you do not need this. Buy the report once, fix what it finds, and re-run the free check yourself twice a year. We would rather say that here than take a subscription from somebody it cannot help.
It earns its price on a site that changes: a shop with stock, a site with a team touching it, anything on WordPress with plugins that update themselves, anything behind a CDN.
